Do Not Track Policy

Some web browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform across browsers, so this site is not currently set up to respond to those signals.

Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we propose to use or disclose your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you and obtain your consent. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner.

This site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this site.

Our website takes reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, we take measures to protect your information both online and off-line. When our registration form or order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card information), that information is encrypted and is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just “surfing.” While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take reasonable measures to protect user-information off-line. For example, our users’ information is restricted in our offices, and only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If you have any questions about the security of our website, you can send an email to us at .

We may disclose your personally identifiable information if required or permitted to do so by law. We may disclose your personally identifiable information if needed to act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety or security of the public, users of our products and/or the website and others.

We may transfer any information we have about you to a purchaser of all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchaser uses and discloses personal information about you in a manner that is consistent with this privacy policy, until you have an opportunity to consider whether it may be used or disclosed in other ways.
