When I received it the one front zipper was not working in one location. I carefully straighten it out. It works fine now. The purse is not real leather and so once it took awhile to loosen up. Now that I have had the purse for awhile it is great. I really like the short side zipper pockets for my keys. I gave it four out of five because having to play with the one zipper to get it to work properly.
