These shoes are great to wear casually or dressed up, but I cannot for the life of me keep the strap from falling down. I've tried tightening it to the point that my toes were being jammed into the front, but even then, it would find its way to slip off within 10 minutes of walking. Pretty, but not practical. I'd only recommend it in an office environment.

Style and Stability
The 8.5W in the Peyton sling backs fit me perfectly.I exchanged these for an 8W, however, they are a little tight across the toes (by the end of the day the edge is cutting into the top of my toe). I like the arch support in this shoe, it keeps my wide feet from rolling over. I purchased the suede (I love the colour) but the leather might have more give and be more comfortable. I love sling backs even in winter because they give a flexible in fit that full shoes can't match.
