I have wide feet, so I bought 8W and the booties were more narrow than my others shoes in regular size. I advise to buy size W if you have medium feets and at least half of size bigger than usually. Size M I guess will be perfect for narrows feet. Eco-leather is not soft and rubs around ankles. I like perfects heels (3 cm) and stylish look.
